Is the MAF sensor of 2.3 16V engine with manual box the same of 2.9 24V Cosworth BOB engine?

I'm afraid I don't know the answer BUT if you look in Parts for Sale Paul is breaking a Cosworth so he may have one if you need it.

No, the plug is different.

Thanks Dave. That makes sense as the set up would be different for the Cosworth.
