So you have taken an engine out of a Scorpio and fitted it into another vehicle ?

What engine do you have and what vehicle have you fitted it into ?

You need to give more detail, does it turnover & not start. What does the dash light do & when - does it flash a code. Does the fuel pump run for a few seconds when you first turn the ignition on. Have you checked with a DTC reader for codes.

Just dump the EECV and run it on Megasquirt

yes engine turnsover, but not start. PATS led flash code mentioned in header. Fuel pump runs sometimes and sometimes not, there might be problem in connector, I'll check that. But does it couse the fault code? I did not succeeded read the obd-code yet.. Megasquirt: not yet

It would have been more helpful to those trying to help if you'd said you had a flashing 1:6 code  (Faulty link between PATS module and EECV).

Until you find the problem between PATS & the EECV & the light behaves as it should nothing else matters. Check the wiring carefully, have you cut & rejoined any wires. Make sure any earths are connected & good. I don't know the cable run between the two, if it's sheathed open the loom & check the condition of the wires.

PATS problems appear to be quite rare on a Scorpio so not much experience in dealing with it. When there have been problems it’s mainly with people like yourself putting an engine into another car.
The wiring diagrams as far as I can see give no details of the connections, presumably for security reasons. Does yours have a separate PATS module or is it built into the EECV. Have you transferred the fuse boxes as well.

yes the fuse boxes are transferred as well. Is it PATS module which is attached to the EECV (PCM) and has three connectors? One of those connectors is empty. I think it was also. There is also smaller "PATS SCP control module" which has one connector.
It would help to have the component location chart (and views) referred in wiring diagrams.
There was motor wiring insulators cracked near big black connector (C110). I put a new isulation socks there.

Was the scorpio auto or manual transmission?

Have you swapped the black pats module over to the prefect?

manual transmission. Yes black pats module is moved to Prefect.

problem solved. The fuel pump relay was faulty. It supplies voltage to eecv as well.
