Anyone have any idea on how I can make the Hydraulic lifters quieter on my 2.3 Scorpio?

Hi, I’m using 10w40 semi synthetic.

Recommended oil is 5w-30 Unless you're using the car somewhere with extreme temps. Or super high mileage.
