Hi,
I have tried to change the trip counter to imperial, stays on Metric all the time - I have tried to change using the method in the car manual and getting knowhere, is there a quick solution to this. it says change the counter in position 1, but, how do you see the lcd screen in this position?

With ignition on press the middle button of the trip computer (S).
It works by connecting a resistor, if the switch is dirty the resistance may be wrong. If that is the case it has been found that sometimes pressing the middle and right buttons (S & R) at the same time will get it to change.

You can check the resistance values by following the procedure on the instrument reset page on the site but you'll lose the existing data & have the needles flick round next time you turn on the ignition.

I did further juggleing about yesterday, and it worked pressing the middle and right buttons (S & R) at the same time will got it to change.

Spray the back of the switch with electrical contact cleaner, works every time for me.
