Hi.

I'm in the middle of regeneration whole engine and gearbox loom for my '95 Scorpio 2.0 16V with manual MT75 gearbox. I made some mistakes in gearbox loom (C807 to C134 connectors) and want to check which wires goes where.

Can you support me with full set of wiring diagram for my engine (from ECU connector to all other in engine bay)

I have some notes I made from Simmo's car. I'll email them to you, let me know if they're not what you want, I may have other information.

This is for RHD if yours is LHD there may be differences.

you'll have to click on the button for 2.3 manual as there isn't one for the 2.0 but I think it's much the same.

I think your suggestion won't help, because - in first paragraph on the site you linked there is writen:

Based on the DOHC2000 Engine, the 2.3 has similar control functions, but with a new composite inlet manifold Ford claimed that it was efficient enough without the Variable Resonance Inlet system fitted to the 24V, hence the VIS valve control is deleted. The manual has no need of a second bulkhead connector, and the C110 is all that is needed.

My english is poor but i assume and understand, that in 2.3 16V there is no such connector as C134 in 2.0 16V (or eqivalent).

Sorry, I didn't look through the page - the 2.3 manual does have C134 but it's not listed there.

I think you'll have to use the 2L 8VAND16V MAUAL PRE96.pdf from the other link. The connectors are not in tables like the Word doc I sent you, you have to look at all the pages & find wires showing a C134 connection. Page 11 shows C807 - there appears to have been a change after 04/97.

Looks as though C807 is make or break between pins 64 & 91 of the PCM.
Pin 1 C134 Black/White
Pin 2 C134 Brown/Red Loom side Brown/White C807 side, (depending on year may be Brown/Red both sides).

At all schematics I can only see pin 1 and 2 but in reality - connector that goes into gearbox has 5 pin connector with only 4 populated (1,2,4,5). I know that two of these goes as You mentioned to pin 1 and 2 in C134 connector, but other two goes for sure to pin 10 and 13 in C134 - and these two are my problem.

Connectors can be on several pages of the PDF's.

Go to the PDF's and download REVERSING LAMPS.pdf
It doesn't show all you want but may help.

If it helps the reversing lamps PDF shows pin 13 of C134 going to pin 2 of C202 - this is located "A-pillar centre" (passenger side footwell). Behind the panel by the wing. It has 16 pins - 2 rows of 8.

The wire code is 14S-AK30
AK is the system code for wiper/washer (rear wiper on estates), but it's also used for dipping passenger mirror, reversing lights.
