Bet they weren't even bothered about you leaving them.
Loyalty means nothing any more.  >:(

Still a great saving, WELL DONE!

What a surprise  :o

You've done the best thing and shopped around, after all, no one else will look after your wallet.

I've been with Churchill two years now, i usually change every year as the current one tries to bump up the premium and hope you'll accept it but Churchills renewal was only a few quid away from the cheapest quote i got so i took it.

When i was with Norwich Union they more than DOUBLED the premium for the renewal with no claims or change in circumstances!! Chancers!  ;D

Just thought I'd try churchill (I left them 2 years ago) and they came up trumps £195.30 fully comp & a years free breakdown cover privilage said they couldn't touch it so I said bye bye & ohhh yes !!

The greedy blighters will eventually go the way of the banks, down the pan  >:(
My broker (with whom I went to school) finds me the best deal each year, probably feathers his nest as well, but that's business !!
I have two old classic cars which were with Adrian Flux in Norfolk, but he had the cheek to charge £25 for certificate issue, part of the job I would have thought, and £15 for 'personal cover',without my request, and then took the money early,"because the bank holiday is in the way" from a debit card that I used last year  >:(. The money has since been returned, and my broker has done it for me,without extras. As my old Dad used to say "there is no sentiment in business",and this was never more true than in the insurance racket !!
