Hi peeps! Following on from our 1st midweek essex meet, held on the 14th June 06, we decided to make it a more regular occurence, so....

19th July 06 @ The Halfway House (A127) @ 19:00

Ideal for anyone that cant make the weekend meets, but would still like to attend a meet!
All models of Granada/Scorpio are welcome, even come along in a eurobox if thats all you have available!
The more the merrier!

Since I moved to Southend I have noticed some car clubs or so it seems as there are 100s of them all along the central carpark along Westerne Esplanade Southend, most friday /sat nights with all glowing lights from under their vehicles, causes huge tailbacks, is this one of the venues ?

Saturday night cruising along Southend sea front has been around since the wheel was invented. Years ago it was more of a classic & yank car show & was a good evening out. Nowadays it's been taken over by chavs in hot hatches who just wanna wheelspin & show you how many speakers & neon lights they've managed to cram into a tin can ::)
I'll try & make it (maybe brief though) on 19th July & hopefully put some faces to names ;)

Yep ells, made it home, safe and sound thanks.... temp gauge got up to just over the halfway mark, but no steam when I switched off, gonna take the thermostat out for a while, see if it makes any difference.

Got them. But... hotmail has decided it is going to 'permanently block the attachment'  ??? so i can't access them. My other adress is matthew.cousins@ceme.co.uk , that might work  :)

Are you using Outlook? I think your own email is blocking it. If you look in your sent items, does the email still have the attachment?

Easiest thing to do (for me anyways) will be to stick the pics on a disc, and give the disc to you matt, next time I see you!

Am I allowed to attend with my scratched bumper door dented bonnet chipped sill bent 2.3 Ultima or do I have to park it elsewhere?!!!!  :D

I only work 3 or 4 miles up the road from the Halfway House, therefore, a midweek meet there is very handy.

The only issue is that I will be summer hols on 19/7. I presume there will be 3rd midweek meet perhaps in August ? If there is, i should be able to attend that one.
