Hi everyone,had our first Norfolk meet today, only 4 cars but i know there were plenty who couldn't make it for various reasons. Anyhow, with so many members in East Anglian area how about one big meet in a fairly central location like Cambridge? From the forum i can see meets in Norfolk,Essex and Herts so Cambridge would be fairly central to those 3. Would be good imo does anyone know of a suitable venue round there? If there's interest then we'll think about dates etc. Wrong time of year for picnics but somewhere we can bring partners and kids along and keep them quiet while we rattle on bout cars would be good.

Had a look and thought maybe Wimpole Hall (National Trust estate) Loadsa parking and stuff for families/everyone to do.

Sounds like fun & a good excuse for a day out. Will remember to bring my OBD2 thingy next time :-)

Duxford could perhaps be a suitable meeting place.

Excellent idea as Duxford would be easy to get to: From south m11,east A11/A14 and from the west A14, plus loads to do for kids etc and huge car park.

Dependent on dates etc, I would be up for a cambridge meet, and i'm sure there would be a few, fellow essex people that would come along as well!! Keep us posted!!

carcrazy, being a posh lad in exile I know this might upset you, but would you lower yourself to going to Cambridge?
