Highlander do you 'mess' with your Scorpio or do you leave all faults for the service station to fix?

The nearest they ever get to a FMD is to go pick up an oil filter ;)

Stuart.......that Scorp in the first picture with the A frame attached to the front & that front bumper in the fore....

Is it some kind of Scorpio snow plough with attachments ? ;D

And what of the last picture,could it be the Highlander Scorpio Cabriolet under secret construction,or has it simply been recovered from the glen ? ;D

That was one from ebay i picked up for £100!! with 5 brand new tyres and a tank of diesel!

M reg diesel Ultima, had a starting problem which turned out to be an alternator, all sorted and MOT'd now :)

That one used to belong to STUTET74 on here.
I ran it for a year till the MOT ran out and broke it up, too many "wee" jobs needed done on it and I like the 24v Ultimas better, it was a 2.3 Ghia X (spot the Recaro interior)

I'm just over the Forth Bridge in Rosyth so not too far awy either :) I've seen a green saloon quite often in Dunfermline and there's a silver facelift estate in Aberdour so you're not alone :D

Highlander, you wouldn't happen to have a filter housing for a TD going spare would you? The priming bulb on mine has given up the ghost and it's a real pain come service time!

Not got any diesel spares Jim, that one was for parts really when i bought it but its back on the road now..

I was ok just a few bruises from the seat belt. Car was worse of than me...........needed bonnet bumper screen roof and boot lid :( :( :( :(

the damage then was adequate to the crash and it's impact... the most important part and what i wanted to know is haw bad it was for you... as this model was never tested by NCAP...
sounds pretty safe then...

Thanks BTW to the owner of the Blue M-reg at the Bus Museum on Sunday for displaying a www.fordscorpio.co.uk sticker in their rear window, otherwise I woudn't be here now.

I stayed in Livingston many years ago, in Howden. God I was glad to get away from that place. My old Mum stayed there right up till the 1990's until she moved back home to Spain. The best bits was visiting Mum back in the old house and hearing the local 'Postie' up till all hours of the night arguing and fighting with his Mrs.
