Title: Breaking 2.9 12v auto estate Post by Mummra on May 25th, 2006, 11:11pm Hi guys I have had this one on my drive for a while now and have slowly been taking bits off as and when I or anybody else has needed. But now the time has come to get rid of it, I am under orders. Just bought another estate and now need the drive space back. Already gone are both bumpers, bonnet, and gearbox. |

Title: Re: Breaking 2.9 12v auto estate Post by allenjames on Jun 12th, 2006, 11:08am I need 4 of those little blanking plugs that cover the fixings that hold the roof rails to the roof - do you have them ? |

Title: Re: Breaking 2.9 12v auto estate Post by sector-9 on Jun 14th, 2006, 10:14pm Do you have any of the ABS stuff left? I could do with wheel sensors (all if possible but especially rear) and possibly the mechanical thingy under the bonnet if it's the early Teves MK4 type. Also the rubber bump stops on the rear suspension have both disintegrated and fallen off! Darren |

I do still have the ABS unit on the car and it is the earlier version. as for the sensors I have used one of the rear sensors and one of the front sensors refused to come out. I can have a look at the weekend to check the condition of the remaining 2 sensors for you though if you would like. I will also have a look at the rubber bump stops for you. Dave |

I have checked the one I have, and it is not perfect, but is not too bad. There is a small crack at the top though that runs from the top to the hole for the boot lock. |

Title: Re: Breaking 2.9 12v auto estate Post by Mummra on Jun 16th, 2006, 7:53pm It does have self levelling suspension, and it is the compressor type. Haven't taken them off yet though. |

Title: Re: Breaking 2.9 12v auto estate Post by Mummra on Jun 26th, 2006, 10:46am Hi Darren, apologies for the delay but I have had a very hectic week and have been unable to go anywhere near the car. The missus is getting fed up with it being on the drive so will have to get it sorted soon. If the rain stops by this evening I will try and do it tonight. Dave |

Title: Re: Breaking 2.9 12v auto estate Post by Zombie on Jul 6th, 2006, 10:24pm How much for the bars? Mines a 96, I assume any year will fit when it comes to roof bars. I may need a few electrical bits, mine went dead yesterday for a short while so I may want the fuse boxes and some relays. |
