I need the small bracket about 2 inches long that comes out of the cossie gearbox and has a ball at one end that connects to a rod that is linked to the gearbox selector.

On my bracket the ball has sheared off.

Any chance you might have one and would be prepared to sell?

The bracket has a slot at the end attaching to the gearbox and is held in place by a large nut , c.15/16 inch AF.
My car is not going anywhere till I track one down - the ford part number is 1014621.
I can send a picture of broken one if you send me your email address.

Ian, its the same part on the 2.0 and 2.3 auto boxes if that helps..

Had it been sitting a while and broke when you tried to select a gear?
