Will take the auto dip mirror if it's in good working condition. How much would you want for it? Also would be interested in the drivers door module and the passenger one to.

Wife's not going to be impressed thoug...

Got rid of the BOA, filled the garage with 4 nice mondeo ( cossy rep ) alloys, and the house with lots of bits from my old volvo... So the aperance of another engine Next week will be a tricky one to explain!!!

TT

P.S...  Can you do your best not to damage the engine loom/plugs as this is quite important to me...

Cheers.. TT

Sorry, but why is this minter being broken?  ???

Not that I wouldn't need some bits mind you, but I'm just wondering.

yes I have a crane so that should be easy....I would have thought it would fit in the back of the estate, if I take off thje front pipes, that should narrow it down... I would try if it was me !!!

yes I've got the 2 headlights, and the boot popper and wiring.....make me a reasonable offer..... I will leave as much wiring past the connectors (car side ) so you can seperate at your leisure....

sadly its the same old story, guy had it for sale for £1200, no bites, then gradually reduced it to £700...I had a look at it for a friend who bought it but then found out he couldn't insure it !!! for less than £1500 tft...so I stepped in as I need some bits and pieces for mine and 'took his eyes out'.... well he owed me some money for some work done.....but I currently have in the stable 2X Scorps,2 X RS1800 Fiestas, 1 X Rover SD! and the wifes ST150, so where am I going to put it? The tax runs out tonight. Its worth more to me as bits than to try and sell complete.

what bits do you need? cheap prices to members as this will keep others on the road.

Matt

the wheels are in good condition, 4 good tyres though 1 is a new colway.....yuk, 1 or 2 centre caps are a bit shabby though the wheels are excellent, I will put some piccis up tommorrow.

£100 to you. How will you collect them, or what about a courier, I think they only charge £20 to £30 quid, I can cut apiece of cardboard on the fronts to protect the rims..

Twin Turbo,

yes it will fit in a estate, (ive collected a couple of engines, using a trailer though) but i'd recomend using your trailer, the weight of these units is unbelieveable, and they arnt that easy to manhandle, and if using a block and tackle or simlar, then the tailgate will make it akward to then push into the car with out damaging the tailgate or surrounding boot trim

just my thoughts on the matter although it looks like im a bit late posting this ...

matt :)

p.s.

bertie,

where abouts are you? im in b'ham

He's in Sunderland ( Newcastle ( the real one!! )).

My trailer is 5M long and weighs a rather fule unfreindly 350KG~~  So if I don't have to use it I wont.

I have a crane, he has a crane... Booot here we come...

Will have to put some planks down to save the boot floor though..

Simon have you still got the Auto box? How about the matching starter did TT take that with the engine? Looking for flex plate(Flywheel + ring gear) + matching starter. Was it quiet to start before everything was removed? Don't really want the whole auto box though.
Guy.
