Found it on ebay, quite a rare one

Sports pack, half wood steering wheel, Recaro seats etc

he came to one of the meets here in the midlands once, the pas leek seems to of gone from using 2 bottles of pas fluid and begging for a new rack to a slight leek

Still a fair amount of scorp for the money :) I considered a bid myself, but distance, the above post  ::) and the wear visible to the interior in that photo put me off.

Wouldnt have surprised me if the reserve was not far off tho - £500 ?

Are the power racks common across the range out of interest ?

The 24v has a pressure sensor attached,I believe all the others are the same.

fpuk still do the cossie rack, arround £170 i think, id of bid on it my self but have no where to store it, lets face it like said its a lot of car for the cash and whats the worse that the rack could be? cracked casting? the racks are easy enough to get hold of

You'd have to get a real mug to part with £1000 for the whole car.

I don't think that there's even that many people around who know what a Scorpio is, all I get at work are blank looks and remarks like; "I don't know what one of them is mate"!

depends how much you want it, it looks a bit rough on the interior but it is quite a rare one, even for a Scorpio :)

The recaro seats are very comfy though, having had much the same in a Mondeo a while back.

ive got a set of recaros from a scorp up in my loft ready to fit into my cossie, i paid £200 for them and they are in the same condition as these.

to get a £1000 for it then you have to break it and sell it for more then the going price of stuff atm, cossie lumps go for £100 these days
