I'm sure it will come in handy, I can find out why my cruise control doesn't work without taking it all to bits! ;D

Well if you do win I'd like to compare notes and see what you actually get with it, I've already built two new battery packs for mine and have all the software updates on CD plus some instruction manuals I can copy for you

Good luck with the bidding. In the meantime THIS (http://www.fordscorpio.co.uk/ccmanl.htm) may help with your Cruise control. A common cause is the motor unit seizing up or the cable falling off the throttle linkage.

Thanks for that Simmo, the cruise system appears to be totally dead from the outset, no light on dash or control, but i'm sure it's something small and I'm being a bit lazy too! :D
