good morning howiedintheplace i know ive posted the question before but do you have the plastic caps onyour bumper for the headlight washers?i do realise they are sold with the washer assembly rather than on their own so if you didnt want to sell them seperatley i would buy the whole lot.

Hi both

Well I will have a look at that lock, if it's a saloon one then it should be the same.

As for the washer squirt caps yes it has two but I noticed one don't look right.

It may have two driver side ones fitted for some reason.
Will check, you can have just them caps, no worries mate.

Oh & did I mention it has a working fob in good condition & what appears to be a good rad but I do need to remove it to check.
Loom looks good to as it should be the later one that don't fall apart ;D

Some are O.K, over the years I have probably broke 20 cars+ for the engines.
If this one is O.K then that will make about 5 good rads I have ever come across ;D ::)

Don't really mess with the engines now, the Ford dealer I use to do the engines for has closed down & not many people will get a dealer to do a engine now either.

Think the Scorp is pretty much a DIY job these days as it's not worth garages prices.
Good job there is a great site like this ;D 8)

The boot lock yeah got that. Do you need all of it as your picture.
You do know the black bit comes off so you can keep your orginal key!

The washer caps well what a can of worms that is.

There is 3 different ones.

Early ones then a revised one with 97 stamped on them & the facelift with 98 stamped on them.
All are different shape.
I have a drivers 98 facelift one & a passenger 97 one which is why that one don't look right ::)

What year is your car????

O.K well the drivers side one is spot on.
Passenger one will fit & look better than a hole but it does not follow the lines of the bumper correctly so will look odd if you stare at it ;D

Sent PM.

Morning boss. It's actually the black bit that comes off that i need! Not bothered too much about having to use 2 keys as it is preferable to me opening the boot through the back seat!

If i can have that bit, how much and where do i send the money??

:) :) :)

Hello,

Do you happen to have the red door marker lights and white kerb/puddle lights with a length of loom connected to them on both sides?

thanks

Marty

The facelift cars don't have the puddle lights.
But I have 2 from another car.

So I have 4x red marker lights & 2 puddle lights if you want them.

Sent PM Marty.

This car will be gone soon now.

Got some good bits I will keep for sale

A very good (correct) 24V rad that shows no signs of a leak or ballooning.

A brand new recently fitted 24V auto box

A fully tested key fob in good condition.

24V Engine loom (late spec) that shows no hint of heat damage

+ all the normal stuff like ABS controller etc etc.

how much are you looking for for the engine loom ?

The engine loom lets say 40 pounds.
Normally they fall apart when you remove them this one is good.
Picture of loom.

O.K this car has gone now.
105 pound scrap is not bad for what really was just a shell.

All I have left now is this.

Good (not ballooned) 24V rad.
Good condition late spec (better quality) 24V engine loom.
Good working FOB.
ABS controller.
24V ECU.
Front indicator lenses (Both)
Drivers side fog light & assembly.
Rear Saloon bumper in Green.
Electric window controller (Both)
Central locking controller

Open to offers. ;D
