both fuse boxes (dry) from my 1996 scorpio 2.3 saloon, in good condition .replaced because a supposed expert was wrong, i would like £30 each for them as that is what i paid for the replacements that went onto my car.

just out of curiosity, what did your problem turn out to be?

A couple of relays had given up so i had no front end electrics, Droitwich auto electrical were brill and sorted it out in just over an hour and the whole repair only cost £90 including new relays and the vat. they said that when these were new cars they werre the guys that Ford took them to because even the dealers hadnt got reliable manuals on the electrical systems.
so they get my vote every time.

When you say front end electrics you mean lights, indicators, window wipers etc??

If it was then it sounds suspiciously like a fusebox multiplug not seated correctly but we'll never know ;)

Anyway you're sorted now :)
