obviously they will be 16", never seen any different in this design...

Yep, the Scorpio 12 spokes were 16"

there are similar Mondeo wheels which I'm pretty sure are also 16"

In fact they must be, the Sierra guys put Scorpio 12 spokes on the Sierras with low profile tyres, i'm sure if the same design was available in 15" they'd use them..

I am not aware of any 15" 12 spokes...

7 Spokes come in a range of sizes from 13-17" and with varying spoke design.
