Now that I’m no longer a Scorpio owner; it’s time for a clear out of all my 24v spares.
I’m offering them club members as a ‘job lot’.
A couple of you may want to share the ‘bounty’ as some items are getting quite rare these days.
Part numbers shown and where 2 types of number are present on labelling, both are given.
Please note; I was sold the parts as suitable for 24v saloon and never had any problem with parts I used. But things can happen so please bear that in mind.

Unless stated otherwise all items are NEW genuine Ford parts for N plate BOB 24v Auto Saloon; mainly from Ford dealership ‘clear outs’ but a couple from members of club.

1 No. Alex Pepper lead; I’ve never used it since I got it years ago off club member. So just lead only; no software.
2 No. Remote controls in excellent USED condition & 2 others for spares NOT WORKING

1 No. Oil filter - slight dent to top of casing but usable

1 No. Mounting bracket/bush - may be for Gearbox or Diff - 1027288

1 No. Ford contact grease tube unopened 1 122 540 YS5JM1C239AA
Assorted Steve Collister cam chain tensioner mod. bits left over from years ago. Ideal for curing 24v start up rattle.

Nearly new parts fitted for testing on abandoned 24v engine and box project.
1 No. set Spark plugs AGPR22PP5 - 100996 - approx 30 miles
1 No. Drive Belt - 7310607 - less than 20 miles
1 No. Set of plug leads 7 in total; 2 are same. Only difference to original leads is that coil pack end different but fitted OK - less than 20 miles

Following are USED parts taken off cars prior to scrapping. They were all working OK prior to removal.

1 No. Halford Ford Active Smartlead PC9-402 for minidisc connection to my 24v.

1 No. Ignition pack with all 6 leads

2 No. Sets of owners manual packs.

Finally…. included if buyer wants them.
Huge stack; around 5 inch tall; of “print outs” from site over the years.

I’m also having a “garage clean out” there are some unopened fluids which may be of use to somebody.
No Leak engine oil treatment
Alumaseal rad flush
Lucas auto transmission additive
2 No. CarGo liquid glass radiator sealant
Plus anything else I find.

The whole lot for £600 and I’ll donate 20% £125 to club funds.

I’m pricing what I consider to be low, to help both club members to keep their cars running and club funding.
The help I received from site was excellent and I feel obliged to put something back to help keep the site alive.

Collection from Oakworth BD22 preferred; so that all items can be carefully examined for both accuracy of description and your satisfaction prior to payment in cash.

To make your journey easier I could meet up at Hartshead Moor Services on M62 J26 - J25 OR at Colne end of M65 Boundary Mills carpark ... but not much further away, as I now have a Jeep 5.7 hemi .... which makes my old 24v look very economical!
