No sorry but I have just got some hens teeth,,and a fresh supply of rocking horse poo!........ been waiting a long time for them... rarer than face lift front bumpers as well ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Waders, If I buy some rocking horse poo, and put it in the tank of my 2.0, will it make it as fast as a cossie?? If so, put me down for £5,000's worth!! ;D

I have no idea if they're still available or not. Its one of those things you just have to go and enquire about before you find out. But they were a couple of hundred quid a go.

when you buy a brand new bumper front or back does it come already painted or does it has to be sprayed with the colour of your car. thanks.

Comes in primer as I remember and then has to be sprayed to match

on my wish list also is a facelift front bumper, but i want mine in silver, hu some chance a, but we can all live in hope, give it a couple of years and they'll be a common as serria bumpers maybe ?

why is everyone wanting face lift bumpers. they are not much different from the others.
there is that sort of cut out by the lights that's all.

I think they're actually more different than first meets the eye. The main difference is indeed those air intakes beside the fog lights. But I think all the edges are a bit sharper on the facelift version. Not much, but a bit.

Dean,

I doubt they will be that common. There were only 6000 facelift vehicles made (according to the figures on the main site) and a lot of them will have ended up in Germany so rarity value is indeed guaranteed!!

John,

they are very different as Paul has said. The old bumpers are very round and flowing while the facelift ones have a more angular look. (A bit like Krytons forehead!!)

yes baz i know what you mean. the 1998 2.3 estate i got as the face lift bumper. but i mean you got to real study them to realise the different.

I wonder is I got a face lift bumper to put on my 1998 cosworth would that put about £1000 or maybe £500 on the price you could sell the car for. (only joking)

I suppose they fit straight on i.e. the old one off and the new one on.
