Hi,

I need 3 or 4 centre caps for the Scorpio 16" 12 spoke alloys.

They must be in vgc with no corrosion or blistering.

I have 2 brand new ones somewhere which cost me about a fiver each plus p& p so make me an offer I can't refuse!!

have you not tryed fords when i needed aset of 4 i was surpised at the price

hi,regards ford dealer for centre caps ,i have recently purchased one,the alloy finish ones are £18.00 each and the chrome finish ones are £32.00 each,and guess what ???????here in sheffield they are NOT in stock :-/

well i must of had a result then because i paid under £17 with the VAT added for the alloy finish at TC Harrison in St Neots when he told me price and that they had them in i brought them very quickly

Up until last weekend, I hadn't realised that there are 2 different types of these centre caps.

And I think this is why there are such differing prices being mentioned.

The proper alloy ones which have the locking nut in them are the ones I have. I was quoted around 15 quid each for these.

But then there are plastic versions too. These don't have any locking mechanism to them and just clip into the centre of the wheel. I would think that these are much cheaper.

The plastic clip-in ones are intended for the Mondeo 12-spoke wheels but I think they may fit 'our' wheels too :-/
