Need new sunroof assembly.

The one fitted to my car has been removed today and thoroughly inspected with the following results:

Seal broken and sunroof metal surround very badly rusted. Seal disintegrated in some areas.

In fact i havent seen corrosion this bad since i owned my Austin Metro!

Metal splined spigot that the motor mates with has had flats filed onto it and the splines have worn away.

Sunroof mecahism does not tilt.

actually on the eastern end of loch ness. Postage not an option then?

I have one on (Edinburgh) but its still on a car, will have a look tomorrow and see what condition its in, it is working/moving

That would be great. I am in Edinburgh almost daily with work, perhaps we could arrange a meet-up if you manage to remove it successfully?
