Title: Sunroof complete assembly - that works! Post by leftofcentre on Dec 23rd, 2005, 10:35pm Need new sunroof assembly. The one fitted to my car has been removed today and thoroughly inspected with the following results: Seal broken and sunroof metal surround very badly rusted. Seal disintegrated in some areas. In fact i havent seen corrosion this bad since i owned my Austin Metro! Metal splined spigot that the motor mates with has had flats filed onto it and the splines have worn away. Sunroof mecahism does not tilt. |
