Anyone got a saloon towbar to fit my 24v?

i've got one on mine i dont need it, was on the car when i bought it a couple of weeks back. havent got a clue how it comes off though, but you're welcome to it.

p.s. mines a 2.5 td, i take it the fitment is the same

Hi, If your going to get a second hand one make sure that you get the bracket that fits under the rear bumper. As i bought a second hand one and discovered when i tried to fit it that it was missing. i bought a new one in the end from ebay for £85.

a ton then basically.

Decided to get one in the end from local Motorfactors for £99 inc ball + elecs. (its to get Beetle + ur bits ur sellin!) 8)

Ta for the offer but to remove your bumper and take off towbar fittings will prob be more trouble than its worth. Plus the fact i am likely to be a very long way from you up here in Inverness :o
