anybody know where i can get a new chain tensioner plunger from and roughtly how much they cost?

if any body has a new spare one gimmie a price ;)

I KNOW IT WAS A WHILE AGO YOU POSTED THIS BUT IF NO ONE HAS REPLIED THEN YOU WILL GET ONE FROM ALMOST ANY FORD MAIN AGENT BUT HERES THE NASTY BIT...... £26
