I claimed on the insurance and I think it only cost about £40.00 Doesn't affect no claims bonus either. These side windows are well bonded in and i imagine would be pretty tough to remove without cracking the glass Baz |

Title: Re: glass Post by hellblue on Jun 20th, 2006, 10:04pm Thanks people my insurance is on another car at moment & cost is way more than 40 notes,so have to take harder but cheaper way.THE_MACHINE if you could let me know the cost & the price is right then cut around glass top to bottom at 30mm or so out from glass then cut out inner metal as needed to remove,please mask up glass if using an angle grinder many thanks gary |
