Looking for a drivers door pocket with memory switch for a LHD

Yep, look regularly, the European models appear to be of a lower spec, there doesnt seem to be too many Ultimas over there from what I can see, maybe some of our European members can point me in the right direction?

I thought it was you who wanted one... because whilst i was down at Mr Savilles yard a while ago he mentioned to me that he was getting a left hooker in and i asked how much he wanted for the left door pocket cos i remember someone on here asked once before. He said about 35-40 quid. He might still have it but i'm not 100%

I wont deal with Mr Saville after my last attempt.. ;D and £40 for a bit of plastic in my opinion is excessive.

Even new from Ford I doubt it would cost that much !

Have you enquired it the part is still available ?

Stu, i've been told on the polish forum that these are pretty hard to get a hold of and are very desirable so it might be hard to get one for you... anyway the post is there and hopefully someone will get in touch with u.

Yep there doesnt seem to be as many Ultima spec LHD Scorpios for some reason.

I'll end up buying a whole car to get it! :)

btw, i've my driver's seat with the memory module, got that door module somewhere in the deep of my hut... maybe i'll plug the whole thing in... got a RHD drivers pocket with switches? ;D

iv'e been looking all over the internet for one . But with no joy....... sorry :( ..
Maybe as a last resort you could make a hole in the side of the pocket and put the the trim on it then the switches ...... if you see what i mean ..... i know it won't be like an original but you will have the controls on the left hand side

The ebay worldwide has the funny habit of not showing hits that do not say they ship by default to your country (but still do if asked). Anyway, I'll try to see if one can be found. But it may turn out FPUK is not so bad a deal after all.

Just out of curiosity, how do you get it to store the positions of the other seat? Always thought the position is stored "centrally" in the car as it is connected to the key fob etc.

Not worked that one out yet, I may have to use an isolated set up for the passenger seat rather than try and conect it into the existing one

Alternatively, if you could find a way of adding the passenger seat position setting to the main settings then you wouldn't need another switch for the passenger side.
