hi all,

im reconnning a 24v engine, but need some bits and bobs

number 1

item number 3 and item number 14

as you look at the engine, i need the right hand chain guides, the longer one of the 2 more so as it snapped in 2 :S

I've probably got 2,3,14, will beable to check tomorrow pm and let you know for sure. I've got  a virtually new 24 as well if required done less than100 miles!

Bad idea too use 2nd hand guides in a different engine, they are not much new?

the trouble and ridiculous prices ive been getting off ford, i though why bother, example, i was quoted £800 by them for some piston rings, i could of got 4 engines for that, or a pre facelift cossie off ebay

Pistons, rings & shells forget Ford, go to your local engine builder or even some motor factor's.

You can get pattern parts or exactly the same as Ford ones for a fraction of the price.

Mahle is who makes Fords 24V pistons/rings.
