has anyone got a hydraulic tensioner for a cosworth near side head,the one in by the V.

Is that one easy to change as I want to change both on mine.

you need to stripout some bits to get at them both,easy if you know how

Well worth a go then, I have the Ford tech bulletin for the off side one, I will do that one first. I have been playing with cars for over 40 years and have built up quite a tool kit . Many thanks for the info.
