Anyone got one that dosent have a sodding great big crack in it?

I have a 2.3 exhaust manifold. Not sure if they are the same, but would expect them to be.

Mig welded mine two years ago - Ford couldn't get me one :o

Got it nice and hot on a BBQ first, then filled the cracks with weld.

Seems to have held up ok ::)

Yep....2.0 & 2.3 share the same exhaust manifold
