hi i am looking for a remote fob with batterys that works mine looks in good order and i have changed the batterys severle times but still dont seem to want work so can any one help me please please please ;)

hve you tried this resetting you own key fob to your car?

if not this is how its done ..

to do remote fob, put key in and turn to postion 1 then turn on so dash lights come on ,turn back to 1 do this 3 times you should hear a chime then press the unlock button ,you should hear chime again switch offcheck that it locks car.

i have tried resetting the remote i get the first bleep them press button and get sometimes get the secound bleep however it still wont work with the car and i end up having to use the keys again so maybe i am confussed wish there was someone near me in rotherham who knows about thease things as having probs with cc as well ??? any help most welcome thanks ;)

check the battery voltages on the two little batteries in the fob. Mine stopped working the other week even though the batteries weren't very old - less than 6 months. One read 3v - which is right - the other read 0.2v.

replaced both and reprogrammed and the fob works fine again.

Hi - if you do require a new remote i have 2 which both worked but i saved them from the scrapyard - ive seen them on ebay for about 50 - 70 pounds each,from fords they are around 120 each but i can do one for 20 if interested.
