correct Highlander Bournemouth it is.. You boys got any interesting lights then ..cos want to do what Baz has done to his rear light cluster on the silver cossie he has...I just cant take looking at the stupid red smile across the rear of my car What the bloody hell were Ford thinking I do not know!!!!!

I think the prefacelift rear lights look great tinted too, possibly even better than the facelift ones, especially on a darker car like Kev's

yes thats wat ill do if i have to..painting the chrome may not hold tho have to talk to my sprayer mate..has anyone darkened the chrome??

Leave the chrome as it is?? I think it looks good  ;D

Staff, I think the grille and rear lamp finisher on mine was plastichrome, mine had gone quite hazy and pitted in places by the time I bought the car, hadn't weathered like proper stainless should have. Plastic or stainless, it should paint up fine with the right primer, stainless can be keyed and painted no problem.

If (when) I pick up another I'd go for another prefacelift, I was never really as keen on the tinted headlamps and dechromed look, it worked ok on moondust silver but took something away from the darkest colours IMO :)

Tint the rear clusters slightly and keep all the chrome if it was me ;D
