Title: Re: inlet manifold 2.3 Post by wojtekor on May 9th, 2009, 10:22pm The 2.0 Manifold fits without a problem. Everything stays the same, it only might be necessary to extend a few wires but it will work and it won't fail like the 2.3 plastic one :) |

Title: Re: inlet manifold 2.3 Post by Jonnycab on May 10th, 2009, 2:13am I thought you had to re-direct/join together a couple of vacuum pipes when fitting a 2.0 inlet manifold to a 2.3 ? Also the air trunking is different....the 2.3 has one large pipe going to a large single barrelled butterfly throttle, & the 2.0 has a twin pipe going to a smaller barrelled twin butterfly throttle :) |

Title: Re: inlet manifold 2.3 Post by wojtekor on May 10th, 2009, 2:37pm Pipes are a straight swap Jonny :) We've be working hard for the past few days on this problem and there are several ways of fixing the 2.3 manifold using 2.0 parts that require quite a bit of tooling but you can do a straight swap extending some wiring :) |
