Does anyone have a set of all 4 Cossie discs and pads for sale?
That is:
1) 4x brake pads set
2) 2x 278mm discs
3) 2x 273mm discs

I'm looking for new pads, may consider buying used discs though. Can you post some pics? How much do you want for them?

oh my oh my... can't find a whole set of pads on ebay in my price range...
OK m8, how much for the discs and pads then? Got any pics? What's the overall condition?

Try www.estrol.de. Pads are around 12-13euros/each pair, front discs 36.50 a pair. For the rear discs (not sold by them), you can use Cosworth escort/sierra discs from early 90's (if the diameter is correct). They have high shipping, justified for the discs but not the pads, but check anyway.

Wojtekor, are you in UK or Poland?

i wouldn't bother changing the rear set up. 70% of the braking is done by the front brakes, so it's not so important how big the rear are.

Thanks Andrew, but those are Mondeo discs.... :/ or is there no difference? Maybe I should widen my search... Sierra,Escort, now Mondeo, what else?

some of the mk2 mondeo brakes are the same as the scorpio.

the 1.6, 1.8 & 2.0 are the same as the dohc scorpios
the st24 and the st200 are the same as the 24v scorpio.

Then go to buypartsby.com. About the same prices, but some smaller discs can be like 23.50 euros a pair at estrol, like the scorpio 253mm set.

Thought I'd replace the discs allround, but decided to skip changing the rear ones, the original are still good. At the front there are small "tracks". Mine is driven 176000km, and the brake discs look better in the scorp than my '06, 65000km driven Octavia.
