Title: Rear bumper for saloon with reverse sensors Post by Jeff on Aug 31st, 2010, 8:47pm Anybody got a rear bumper with the reverse sensor nozzles? I would like to replace mine as it was damaged by tow bar fitter (ages ago) and is letting the side down by not fitting correctly on the sides. The plastic mount is broken - tried hard to repair it but had no luck trying to glue the plastics. What a nightmare. I now envy all those tight fitting bumpers on everyone else's car and how neat they look. Need an aubergine one, but can paint I suppose. |

Title: Re: Rear bumper for saloon with reverse sensors Post by Jeff on Sep 1st, 2010, 8:55pm Thanks for the advice, Highlander. I suppose I could re-use the rings off my one then. I thought they were integrally moulded. So! Anyone got a decent rear bumper for a saloon then??!! How much do they normally go for? I'm afraid of buying one and then finding the clips are no better than my original. Poor design, I reckon. Beyond DIY repair if damaged. |
