ABS and traction control lights on constant over 11 mph but ok on initial start-up. I Hope this is what i need?

nickaprilia.
It has been my experience that the symptom you originally described is caused by a faulty ABS module,the usual 2.3 version does not have traction control and is a ten minute job to change,I think if yours has traction control it may use the older module which is bolted underneath the ABS unit similar to the 24v,this is a little more difficult to change.Modules can usually be repaired ,as described on here,and indeed has been done succesfully by TOMPION ,whose ventures are previously documented on the site.
