Either a complete diff with 108mm shafts or the shafts from a broken diff maybe.

I'll get under and have a look at the diff on mine. Would you come to Woking and take it off?

Possibly, I have Spikies Scorpios on my doorstep. So if it's too much hassle, I will get one from him. I'm still waiting on reply in the parts for sale section about a diff on there for £25.
