Does anyone have a spare working A/C belt tensioner for a cosworth?
Mine has cracked across one of the fixing holes.
It has the following numbers:

91TF-6A228-BB

F6WJA

It has the Ford logo so must be a Ford part

Any help much appreciated

I fed the first number into Google and This (https://www.pinterest.com/pin/330592428869391850/) is one of the results. ;) The first search result (http://uk.ebid.net/for-sale/ford-scorpio-cosworth-2-9-24v-bob-belt-tensioner-91tf6a228bb-127624497.htm) had one BUT it ended an hour ago!. He does have other items so may be worth a contact?. ;)

Might be worth speaking to the parts guys in your local FMD to see if they can cross ref the part number against other Ford cars to see which other models, if any, the part was used on which may help widen your search.

The part number starts with 91TF - this USUALLY means first year it was used would have been 1991, so pre-Scorpio '95 so a good chance it was used on other Fords before the Scorpio ;)
