Hi, does anyone have the little plastic cog /spline please that is held by circlip on a Scorpio Automatic Gearbox Vehicle Speed Sensor. Do not know what it is called properly however one side is worn hence not engaging. It has 20 splines. Tired of high revs, no O/D nor speedo and being over taken by moped drivers : )

Hi yes, the little plastic cog with the splines is from a Mustang. The cable just altered slighty by shortening it, The nozzle at the end of the plastic cog is a bit shorter than the scorpio. Ford, from what I can gather had none in the UK. Hence ordered from the U.S.A. Long way to go although the gentleman at the garage would not be beaten on this vehicle sensor issue.
