Looks like I may need a new rad for my silver estate 24v, any anywhere or a good reconfirm?

First question. Is it a problem with the 'core'. If so that should be repairable. If it is the plastic tanks on either side then it's a non starter. :(

There are some on ebay app £250, the 2.3 is a bit smaller cooling wise, but will do the job.

Its "expanding" a bit at the top, so really it needs a new one.
I just drive steady and keep an eye on things

Have you checked the cap on the expansion tank, mine stuck shut and wrecked my rad. I use a pencil or a small bolt to check its not stuck now.

Will check that out, does use a drop of water over time.
