Probably like hens teeth or rocking horse poo but has anyone got a spare one in good condition.

Aren't they integral to the lamp housing? So when they've perished that's it. As you say hen's teeth, etc

I've always managed to "repair" using rubber from old bike wheel inner tubes and gluing onto what's left of original. Worked for me for years.
