Just seen a Dark Green 2.0 Scopio for sale for £550 in M&J Autos at Lakeside, Essex. It says it has light damage in the rear but can't see any from the photos

rear light bar is broken, but rest looks not bad for f******t.

wonder who'll be after that? ;) ::)

I think it looks fine for a car of its age, I would ideal for someone who wanted to update to the face lift model

Hi looks like O/S of rear bumper split about 4" down from lamp. Split looks to be about 6" long. Not the end of the world but it is extra work :o
Their could still be other work. :(
Would recommend viewing with yr eyes open. :o ::) Expect the worst, Duff engine-gearbox body electrics.
Carefull you dont get your fingers burnt ;)

Those facelift rear light bars are hard to come by & when you do find one, they usually cost the earth.

But apart from the crack in the rear bumper, it looks in pretty good nick.

But if it's in a salvage yard, then there must be more wrong with it than meets the eye....who'd sell a facelift Scorp in reasonable condition to a salvage yard ::)

As ghia-x says....engine, gearbox & electrics...

....Also it could be stolen/recovered.....

As with alot of salvage, there is no book......so you just don't know where it's been ;)

I have been to this place a few times to get a few bits for my mums car. Generally they won't sell a car if its no good.
Also, there is normally always someone selling the face lift parts on eBay, and yeah I agree you may pay a little extra for the parts as its a face lift model.
