i am thinking of selling my scorpio as i need a van for my work, but i dont no what they are fetching today any ideas? 1998 facelift cosworth in panther black, 18" alloys, modded front bumper,stainless powerflow custom exhaughts and a new differerential, with a 4.27 ratio. no faults and recently had the front wings, sills and rear wings/quater panels resprayed to remove the rust. the car has coverd 83000, and runs like a dream, but like all cosworths not cheap to run so it one or the other for me! cheers, dave.

Unfortunatly Dave,that is the $64,000 question (showing my age now).Parkers website suggest that they range between £600-£2500 obviously depending on age,mileage condition,model etc.E-Bay seems to be filled with time wasting idiots only wanting to spend a couple of hundred quid,so not entirley accurate point of referance.I suppose it,s down to you really.Think of a figure & give it a go.Word of advice though,dont go to dealers unless you are really desperate.I tried this last week & was only offered £400 for my estate >:( >:(

thanks for that! i cant believe how little they are worth to be honest, and for the area mate, i am in oldham near manchester.

Sorry Andy,the car is no longer for sale,as i,ve sold my soal to the devil to pay my tax bill in order to keep my car.However i have been thinking about getting a cosworth saloon.Not really made my mind up yet though so it might be a case of will i / wont i .One thing is for sure though,if i do decide to sell it ,i wont let it go for less than £900.A bit steep i know but i know you wont find another in this colour / condition / . Either way if i do decide to sell it,you guys will be the first to know.Cheers.....Craig :)

offers around £2000 for the cosworth, a hate to say this little, for such a lovely car, but its got to go, replaced by a bloody van lol.

What about a tow bar and van trailer!Then you still have the epitomemobile and drop the van after work is completed.
