OK a little bit of history how i have this,
In January I sold my beloved Escort RS Cosworth as the most miles it did was backing out of the garage and driving back in!
After a number of time wasters coming to view i saw one man who was interested but wanted to part ex his scorpio and some cash. After some haggling we agreed on a figure and the car. I have been using this car since 10th jan until the tax ran out (end of april) The car has now been put on a sorn as with my 24v scorpio and sierra 4x4 the point of getting rid of the escort in the first place was to fee up money and more importantly SPACE.

The Scorpio is a 2.3 Ghia X Auto 1998 facelift finished in Nouveau Red. It has covered just over 119K miles and has Service history up to 80K. It has all the usual Scorpio extras the cd multichager, side airbags, leather trim with 3 headrests in the rear.
The MOT is due to expire on 11th June 08 but i will put a 12 months MOT on the car when it sells. It also has a set of optional extra alloys which i have personally only seen on a few scorpios in the past. It drives fine, the auto box selects all gears correctly and since i have had it has started every morning without fail, The only negative points about this vehicle are with its bodywork.
There is a dent on the n/s/f wing & n/s/f door, there is a scrape on the n/s/r door, some light rust bubbling on o/s/r arch, stone chips on front bumper & the rear light is cracked but only noticeable when the boot is open. (i have added pictures of these in the link below)

I am after £1000 for this car on the deal with my escort i allowed £1650. I have used it for 4 months so think this is a good price to enable a quick sale.

Are you aware that your car doesn't have the normal 2.3 inlet manifold, but instead has a 2.0 inlet manifold :)

yeah due to all the trouble the with the 2.3 inlets it has had a 2.0 fitted. A good conversion really and not all plastic so they will crack.

Besides, I've got inlet manifiold on the brain at the moment ;)
