Hi
My father-in-laws beloved scorpio (he owned for best part of 10 years) blew her engine a while ago and we had intended fixing it. Sadly due to work commitments i need to let her go.
1977 R plate black Auto, usual minor dinks/scratches for age. 77,000 miles. All leather interior (vgc) all ultima electrics etc, fitted towbar, ford 7000 stereo with boot cd changer, and much more.
Someone please make an offer - the scrapman has, but if possible i'd rather the crusher missed out!

REALLY SORRY, MILEAGE IS 90,000 FATHER IN LAW NOT SEEING TOO WELL!!!

MOT ran out in March.....bought new bushes which was all it would have needed. Then the engine packed up, didn't get round to changing. Everything else is A1.

No idea how to put them on here......will have a go tho.
Watch this space. I suppose I should give the car a quick wash first......been standing for 5 or 6 weeks. That'll put the price up?

Hi mate. I'm not going to jump in front of solarpanel here but do you know what happened with the engine? Head failure or something?

Any rust?

Autobox ok? (not that it matters for what I'm planning ::))

Hi Bruce,
Just had it looked at quickly, suspected head gasket prob, tho not sure. No rust that I can see and g/box is sound. Nice 16" 12 spoke alloys&tyres in good nick too!
