some words of advice/warning.

Remember when selling your car make sure you are with someone else and try to use mobile numbers rather than private address ones and meet them else where in a public place if unsure about the identity of people.

You as the seller have to make sure that you are happy to continue negotiations and that you do have the right to withdraw from the sale at anytime .

Once money has changed hands then there is a contract to sell and you cannot legally withdraw.

If you need full advice on selling and buying contact either your local trading standards office of Citizens advice.
There is also help on the internet if you search for it, along with paperwork.

This advice is offered after one member from the forum has had a bad experience over the weekend.
VET your buyers ! Be warned.
