After 4 - 5 years without a Scorpio, I am after a facelift saloon, prefer a 24v like I had before, but may go for a 2.3. Its got to be top notch though & auto. Not too sure if its possible to find a good one for sale now in the Suffolk area! :)

If all goes well with me buying Neils, my 2.3 facelift Ultima will be up for sale.

Then surely all the more reason to travel to find a good one? Nice facelift cars like that are getting few and far between (apart from my two of course!!) so unless you are prepared to have a run out and shop around a bit; you'll end up with a ....... with a........ a ........... MUNDANO!!

I think I am going to hold out for a Cossie as that is what I had before, there must be some good ones for sale this side of the country!! ;D

A12 M25 M4.2.5 hours,easy.Cossie is very nice but not as practical as 2.3 in several ways.

If I wanted practicality I would buy a Mondeo!! I just want a really nice Scorpio for weekend use & long term ownership. I have tried a 2.3 & although very nice it doesnt have the same appeal as the 24v ;)

Just to update, I have not found one yet, I may consider an estate, just to keep my options open. There must be one out there for me somewhere! ;D
