Hi,

Don't know if anyone is looking but a very nice looking Scorpio 2.3 in Mallard Green is currently for sale on ebay with a buy now price of £800. It only has 66k on the clock and not much damage to bodywork and I think no rust. If I had not just bought a car for my wife I'd be seriously interested.

It must indeed be a very good car,it does 42 mpg.I reckon if you got 32 mpg you would be doing very well ::)

Tourmallard actually, does look rather nice but don't think anybody on here has managed 42mpg tank to tank, I managed 99mpg coasting down hill quite regularly in my 2 litre :'(

Just the car for a new born baby. 2.9 24V, comfy quiet Cheap on insurance 45 MPG. What other vehical could offer that.......... ;D

a 24v that does 45 to the gallon!!! now thats gotta be special :P

It might be the reason why it is in such good condition, and has such a low mpg: It's towed half of the time.
