Title: Re: scorpio for sale Post by Highlander on Nov 5th, 2009, 7:39pm Hi Andy, is it a 12v or 24v? |

Title: Re: scorpio for sale Post by andycam on Nov 5th, 2009, 11:07pm Hi stuart its a v6 how do you tell if 12 24v? its done 86000mls. Blue |

Title: Re: scorpio for sale Post by homer2themax on Nov 5th, 2009, 11:10pm Easy, if it's a 24v, Highlander will bite your arm off. Apparently he's not a 12v man ::) Easiest way to tell is look under the bonnet. If there's a big black plastic engine cover with COSWORTH on it its a 24v. If it's silver with EFI on it it's a 12v. Title: Re: scorpio for sale Post by gozz on Nov 5th, 2009, 11:11pm Andy. The 24v should have a big plastic cover with Cosworth on it,the 12v has a ribbed aluminium plenum chamber with EFI on it,or reg doc should state engine type. GOZZ. SNAP SNAP ! |
