Looks a bit rough but it is a facelift - spares car ?

Needed some parts-Couldn't resist it Now I have Three ! Now Mabe just maybe I could get it through an MOT such a shame to take it apart!

Are the Mondeo alloys on that car the same width as the Scorpio flat edge version?

Passed its mot despite it looking a bit rough only needed a bit of welding and some brake pads. Had my other ultima diesel running yesterday. Soon have three on the road. The wheels are not flat edged on this. But the flat edged ones are the same width & the wheel centres are metal and bolt on. Thats the only difference I can see.

Been having a look at the diesel auto info after we talked about it at Harewood.

pretty sure it is the A4LDe box they use, same as the 12v and older Granada although it has a different bellhousing.

That's what I always thought Stuart,yet they are usually fitted with EEC IV and your test gear(or was it Andrew's) coughed out results as for OBD 2 ??
The Ford article you posted keeps referring to A4LDE,yet the box shown is A4LDe with electric kick down solenoid and minus range switch.
