Hi all. Sadly the cossie now has a new owner, so im looking to replace it with a diesel. Im not fussy about the colour or body style. I would prefer an estate, but would happily have a saloon. In an ideal world i would like an Ultima with good wheelarches & a fair slice of mot & tax, but hey beggars cant be choosers. So guys & gals wotcha got :-) :-)

Diesels are scarce! especially with autoboxes, estates are scarcer still, fully loaded, ni on impossible. And you want rust free wheel arches!!!!

Yeah i know ;-) Typical really. A week before the cossie was sold there was 4 for sale. 2 on e bay , 1 on autotrader & 1 in the bargain pages. Now .... Nada.. :-( As is usual when im looking for something, there's never anything about. Im quite happy to bide my time for a bit though ;-). It dosent have to be mint & the arches dont have to be rust free. As long as it,s quite tidy i can take care of the rest. As for the auto diesels... Sorry, not my cup of tea. Too slow off the mark ( even for a 2 ton oil burner ), but as my previous post states... Beggars cant be choosers :-)

Quick update. There is one on e-bay at the moment ( already have a bid on it ). It looks a typical scorpio ( needs a bit of tlc ), it has dodgy central locking, possibly a duff battery, needs a front bumper ( typically the one thing i dont have ) & it's been to the moon & back (194,000 miles ). Here we go again :-) :-)

Thanks Stuart, but plans are most probably about to change !!! A M8 has given me a call this morning & made me a VERY tempting offer !! You could say it's a done deal ;-) ;-) ;-)

Dont forget guys, i live in Chelmsley Wood. Where ram raiding is taught in primary schools ;-). Stuart, it looks good to me m8 :-).
