Title: Re: what do you think 2.3 ultima ebay Post by Highlander on Sep 15th, 2010, 9:56am Looks a nice motor, i noticed that one myself but too far away ;D You should ALWAYS have a look before bidding for your own peace of mind unless you can afford to take the gamble, especially on an estate for rear end corrosion, don't trust an MOT certificate. I appreciate theres a distance involved but finding out you've bought a dud wouldnt be a good experience, especially if you've handed over the money first.. From a sellers point of view, I have twice sold vehicles on ebay where the buyer turned up after the auction ended and decided he didnt like the look of it/wrong colour/it was bigger than he thought it would be etc despite me recommending people to come and look at it before the end of the auction, which is VERY frustrating. so now I keep them under lock and key until the money is handed over first which has also proved quite entertaining ;D |

Title: Re: what do you think 2.3 ultima ebay Post by mrham on Sep 15th, 2010, 3:54pm il second that, i had to drop the rear suspension to weld up the chassis legs as typicaly i couldnt get to it any other way. least i know its done and anyone else coming to look at my car can see need to look carefully as you may not see it at a glance looks a nice car though |
